Service Area
The Southwest Professional Development Center (SWPDC) serves the following counties: Allegheny, Cambria, Fayette, Greene, Somerset, Washington, and Westmoreland.
SWPDC provides training and technical assistance services to thirty-five adult basic education programs in the seven-county area.
